Healthcare Management Alliance, LLC specializes in implementation of lean healthcare, integrated with conversion to full electronic (paperless) data systems. HMA is comprised of practicing physicians, along with an expert in HIT (Healthcare Information Technology). Together, our consultants have a combined work experience in healthcare of over 100 years.

All HMA physician consultants hold MBA’s in healthcare, and are specialized in the evaluation and implementation of lean healthcare principles. The physician consultants’ unique qualifications, combined with their formal management training, allow HMA to offer practical, insightful, and financially rewarding consultations. A formally trained network administrator with a Masters Degree in Computer Science performs HMA’s EMR/HIT consultations and conversions.
